Hi Roy, I arrived home and have unpacked the picture which was incredibly well packed. I am absolutely delighted with it, as your wife said it is a ''gem'' and it truly is and all the family agree. The picture is now hung in a spot at the top of the stairs. As you walk up you see him and as you turn the bend in the stairs and come to the top we meet him face to face and so we'll meet many times a day. It really is a lovely painting and the frame is so fluid that it feels one with the picture itself. We will make sure to take good care of him and I'm very sure that one of our daughters will inherit him in hopefully many years to come.
